We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Front of House/Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a positive can do attitude with excellent communication skills. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for taking orders, preparing delicious beverages, providing excellent service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.
The position requires to be available Tuesday to Saturday (lunches + evenings) and some special occasions (Valentines, Mothers' Day, Christmas etc) with Sundays and Mondays off (except when we are open for special occasions).

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cold and hot beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Engage with guests, taking orders accurately and knowing the menu inside out.
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
Communicate clearly with colleagues and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Process payments accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills.
Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary to maintain efficient operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and restaurant area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Making sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
Skills and requirements
Fluent English
Personal licence or 18+ (to be able to sell alcohol).
Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent hospitality skills, fostering positive interactions with guests and colleagues alike.
Basic maths skills for accurate bills handling and drink preparation measurements.
Attention to detail and focus, contributing to seamless service during busy shifts.
Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations within the bar and kitchen areas.
A background in guest services or culinary roles is beneficial, enhancing the overall dining experience for patrons.
