Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Engage with patrons, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies and equipment. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a bartending role. Proficient in serving techniques and beverage preparation methods. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately. Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service. Pay: 12.21-18.38 per hour
