Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server / Foh to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, making drinks and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The Server will also handle food safety, sanitation, and guest relations with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Manage cash handling and process payments accurately using POS systems such as OpenTable or cashiering tools Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings to assist guests effectively Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction Support host/host duties during busy periods to ensure smooth seating arrangements

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Background in sales or upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and ensure guest loyalty Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required in a restaurant setting
