ROLE PURPOSE



Our Servers are responsible for ensuring that all of our guests have a great experience with us by delivering best-in-class hospitality and catering a personalized experience to each and every guest.

Meticulous in their food and drink preparation so guests receive perfect drinks every time

Consistently drives guest loyalty and encourages guests to leave feedback across all online platforms

Confident in reading guests body language and can deal with any issues proactively ensuring all guests leave happy

Communicates well with guests, colleagues, and the management team at all times

Is always conscious of the speed at which they are working, and how they impact the smooth running of a shift

Is passionate about food and drinks and uses this knowledge to make recommendations

Confident at selling and takes accountability for driving their opportunity per cover ensuring every penny counts

Understands food safety and health and safety policies. Always adheres to the company policies and brand standards.

Follows the specs consistently and minimise wastage

Takes care of the business assets and equipment

Promotes any idea's to help the business improve its performance with their line manager

STANDARDS FOCUS



Consistently delivers on expectations through living and breathing the brand standards

Maintains cleanliness of the front of house and service area's and takes responsibility for daily/weekly/monthly cleaning tasks

Has completed training and takes accountability on shift for Food Safety and Health & Safety

Drives quality through checking and challenging and only serving picture-perfect food and drink

Always wears brand standard uniform for the appropriate place of work within the business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-17.00 per hour
