As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with various tasks in the kitchen as needed.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations to enhance guest experience through upselling. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Assist with food preparation when necessary, following food safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of meals.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Familiarity with culinary terms and food preparation techniques is beneficial. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining quality service. Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
