We are a team of experienced professional of restaurant operation in HK. We now extending our footprint in UK and aim to bring the authentic and traditional Japanese ramen to UK.

```Duties```
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Assist in food preparation and plating when needed
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Clear tables, clean dining area, and reset tables for the next guests
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

- Clean the restaurant to ensure tidy and hygiene environment.

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and basic math skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Basic culinary knowledge is a plus
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays if necessary
