Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant / Waiter to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food preparation and service are carried out efficiently and in accordance with health and safety standards.

Will have varied shifts waiting and in the kitchen.

Duties

Assist with meal preparation, including washing, chopping, and cooking ingredients as directed by the head chef or kitchen manager. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing utensils, pots, and pans. Ensure all food safety protocols are followed to maintain a hygienic working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods. Taking orders and running food to customers. Cash handling.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, but not essential. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when necessary. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in meal presentation and cleanliness. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week

Work Location: In person
