Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred, along with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times. Assist in food preparation when necessary, adhering to health and safety regulations. Manage tables efficiently, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction. Handle guest queries or complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, service areas, and dining spaces throughout shifts. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order delivery and special requests.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is highly desirable. Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety standards, and basic food preparation skills. Knowledge of culinary practices or kitchen experience is advantageous but not essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tables simultaneously. Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Proven ability to deliver outstanding guest services with a friendly demeanour. Experience in upselling menu items to maximise sales opportunities is preferred.
