Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or requests.
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area.
Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to culinary standards and practices.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations during busy periods.
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a must.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction.
Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
A friendly and approachable demeanour, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
A willingness to learn about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
