Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service Perform basic math calculations for order totals and payments

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for guest services Previous restaurant experience preferred, particularly in serving roles Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations Basic culinary skills and kitchen experience are advantageous Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently Proficient in basic math for handling transactions and tips Ability to upsell menu items effectively while providing recommendations Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
