We are a small boutique Hotel with a big personality, and we are seeking for candidates with exceptional people skills, take pride in delivering an excellent level of customer service and know how to have a bit of fun at work. Our restaurant is full of character, regulars we adore and a team that has each other's back. We need someone with an attitude that says "I've got this" even on mad days.

If you've got a smile, a bit of a spark and can handle a busy shift without letting go of composure or losing your sense of humour, we'd love to hear from you!
Let's be honest- hotels don't sleep and neither does great service. For this position, you'll need to be flexible with availability and happy to work a mixed variety of shift patterns, including mornings evenings, weekends and holidays. If you're the type who likes variety and being where the action is, you'll fit right in!

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations and upselling items when appropriate. Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring that all orders are delivered accurately and in a timely manner. Assist in the kitchen where necessary and ensure that all culinary standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to exceed their expectations. Collaborate and communicate efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and fellow team members. A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues in a dynamic environment, fast paced environment. A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges within the restaurant setting.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
