What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional service with personality, pace and professionalism. Build rapport with guests, making them feel genuinely welcome. Work seamlessly with the team during busy shifts. Learn our menus, wines and seasonal specials to confidently guide guests. Support your teammates and bring positive energy to every service.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a premium pub, brasserie or restaurant. A genuine passion for food, drink and creating memorable guest experiences. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure. A team player with positivity, drive and attention to detail. People who take pride in their work and want to grow their career.
