Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and handling reception duties
Liaising with customers and engineers to ensure smooth operations
Uploading service documents and processing the engineer paperwork
Updating customer portals and internal databases via digital systems
Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email
Using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Entering data into the accounting system (Xero)
Supporting the busy Service Department with additional admin tasks as required

The successful candidate will work towards a Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship with the appointed provider, HBTC (www.hbtc.co.uk). An Apprenticeship allows you to acquire valuable skills and experience in your chosen sector, which improves your CV and employability when you've finished training. You'll learn in the work environment, developing the practical skills and understanding you need to excel in your role. This opportunity could also lead to permanent employment and progression opportunities.
