Service Administrator

Northern Lift Trucks are the forefront supplier of material handling equipment in Northern Ireland, Co. Donegal, and Co. Sligo exclusively supplying and supporting Manitou and HD Hyundai equipment.

We are seeking an experienced Service Administrator based at our office in Upper Ballinderry, Lisburn Monday - Friday 08H00-17H00.

Reporting to the Technical Support Supervisor, the Service Administrator is largely responsible for ensuring the forecast/planned work is performed on time and is the Department liaison to the customer.

What you will be doing

Booking service due appointments with customers

Updating the Engineer Resource Scheduler by allocating jobs to Engineers

Engineer time capture

Allocating warranty campaign repairs in sync with services/repair jobs

Service contract quotations

Post service Machine Condition Report evaluation & response

Pre-delivery inspection/Machine preparation jobs are completed on time

Liaising with suppliers for ETA's on machine preparation job attachments

Customer repair relationship management

Key Skills & Competencies

Commercially aware of opportunities that may present themselves to quote the customer

Proficient in Word & Excel programmes

Planning & organising of own workload

Working to deadlines

Quotations and follow-up with customers

Invoicing

Engaging with Engineers & Customers
