The Service Administrator Role
This role will support the Service Centre Manager and Team Leaders to ensure the smooth running of the branch operations. Key responsibilities include:
Planning daily service routes
Controlling and managing service documentation
Ensuring service routes are completed as required
High-volume data entry using our in-house systems
Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email
Producing monthly and quarterly management data
Requirements
Service Support Administrator Requirements:
Previous administrative experience with good IT skills would be preferred
Proficient user of Microsoft Word and Excel
Good attention to detail as you must work with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work using your initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
Previous experience in a transport or logistic environment would be advantageous but not essential
You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
