About the Role
We are excited to open a new Barnardo's Children's Home and are looking for a committed and organised Service Administrator to join our team. This is a key role in supporting the smooth running of the home and ensuring that our children and young people receive the best possible care.
You will provide high-quality administrative support to the Registered Manager and the wider team, helping us maintain accurate records, manage communications, and coordinate essential processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the children's home, including managing correspondence, filing, and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and supporting the team with day-to-day tasks.
  • Handle confidential information sensitively and professionally.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with digital systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to Barnardo's values and safeguarding principles.
