The Opportunity



We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Investor Services Administrator

to join our growing team. This is a full-time role, but we are open to considering additional part-time applicants who can complement the needs of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on taking initiative, enjoys working independently as well as collaboratively, and is eager to contribute to the continuous improvement of our administrative and data processes.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain and update client and adviser records using internal databases and CRM systems. Respond to client and adviser queries via phone and email, delivering excellent customer service. Review, cleanse, and input B2B data to support marketing and CRM initiatives. Monitor data quality and completeness, using third-party sources where appropriate. Assist with the preparation and processing of applications, invoices, and adviser fees. Manage shared inboxes and ensure timely responses to internal and external stakeholders. Support the administration of share certificates and deployment communications. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to support data-driven projects. Ensure all data handling complies with GDPR and internal data governance standards.

What We're Looking For



Previous experience in an administrative or data-focused role, ideally within financial services. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM systems is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A flexible, proactive, and collaborative approach to work.

Salary & Benefits
