You will be the first point of contact for our Simply Thank you clients and customers. With your professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills, you will be taking inbound calls and making outbound calls. You will be delivering a fantastic customer experience and you will use our in-house computer system to input orders for our Warehouse to process. You will respond to our customer/client queries and orders via emails and calls. You will have a real desire to go above and beyond for our customers and clients. You will be surrounded by a supportive team and work alongside other departments.
Main duties and responsibilities.
Respond to both inbound and outbound customer/client calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
Input orders on the in-house computer system.
Support in producing reports for the Team Leader
Provide advice to customers and clients on our products.
Dealing with returns and processing these on the system.
Dealing with possible complaints and queries, ensuring they are dealt within set timescales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Processing digital and physical vouchers
Supporting the IT Support team with ad-hoc tasks
Supporting the Client Services team with ad-hoc tasks.
Develop good working relationships internally and externally.
You will be a good team player and have experience of working within a customer experience environment. You will have good numerical, listening, communication and IT skills. More importantly, you will have a passion for customer service and the desire to learn.
