Job Title
Service Administrator
Job Location
Daventry, NN11 8PE - Office based (no remote or hybrid working)
As Service Administrator you will be providing an efficient and effective service to our teams of engineers and external clients. You must be efficient, organised and punctual, be able to multitask, handle pressure and have good communication skills. You will be required to:
? Act as the first point of contact for customers, clients and engineers.
? Receive calls from customers/clients with repairs & maintenance requests and logging them onto our in-house client management system (Big Change)
? Receive calls from tenants with queries or issues about repairs already in progress.
? Diagnose the priority of each repair logged and offering the customer a suitable appointment.
? Manage the engineers' diaries and re-arrange appointments if necessary.
? Close 'jobs down' when complete and raise invoices.
? Raise new 'jobs' following site visits/accepted quotes.
Description of Role
? Check the faults mailbox and raise new 'jobs' accordingly.
? Monitor the progress and completion of jobs in line with performance requirements.
? Provide relevant work instructions/site information to engineers.
? Complete daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports (including daily performance, non-conformance and volume reports) within specified deadlines.
? Build and develop effective internal and external relationships.
? Attend meetings and training, including working towards the academic elements (Big Change University e-learning) of the role, as required.

? Assist in maintaining a safe working environment in accordance with health and safety legislation and policy.
? Respect the confidential nature of the work and protect personal information in accordance with data protection regulations and policies in place.
? Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time as appropriate to the post.
Salary
Remuneration will be discussed at interview stage and will be dependent upon relevant industry experience.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (some flexibility)
Driving Licence
This position does not require the applicant to have a driving licence.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

? Strong IT and keyboard skills including use of Word, Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications
? GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths - Grade C or above.
Preferred
? GCSE or BTEC in ICT.
? Self-motivated and a team player.
? Demonstration of aptitude towards administration.

? A polite, courteous, confident, and friendly approach.
? Hardworking and willing to learn.
? Ability to think on your feet and keep calm under pressure.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
? Previous experience of working as a planner/scheduler within the social housing sector would be a distinct advantage.
? Customer Service experience would be a distinct advantage.
