Position: Service Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee daily service operations. The successful candidate will efficiently coordinate a small team of engineers and ensure the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate engineer schedules to ensure all customer service and maintenance contracts are completed on time. Manage logistics, and job prioritisation. Allocate jobs and direct faults to engineers via PDA using CASH software (training provided). Handle incoming and outgoing calls relating to client system faults and service enquiries. Oversee daily workflow and monitor engineer performance. Raise and process orders and invoices using CASH / SAGE software. Proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent delays, client complaints, or service disruptions. Prepare reports, key results, and performance indicators as required. Work collaboratively within a small office team to support overall service delivery.

Candidate Requirements

Experience in the security, fire, or similar industry (preferred). Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills. Ability to interpret engineer job sheets/reports and produce accurate invoices (SAGE experience advantageous). Excellent computer skills as standard, including confidence using office software and learning new systems. Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills. Good financial awareness, budget management and attention to detail. Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
