Atlas Services Solutions Ltd is a growing and dynamic business and we're looking for an organised and proactive Service Administrator to join our Glasgow based team. This will be a key role in the business, supporting our colleagues, engineers and management team to ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery.
Role:
Reporting directly to our Service Lead you will be at the heart of our operations, co-ordinating engineers, supporting clients and keeping systems/records up to date for compliance.
Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients; arranging site visits; sending reports and closing jobs.
Liaising with finance manager to generate invoices and update records
Requesting supplier quotes, ordering/ arranging parts.
Pre planning site maintenance works and updating database for contract renewals and submitting quotations.
Planning/ arranging future works.
Create and update records and databases.
Support with monthly reporting procedures.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Requirements and skills:
Proven experience in a similar role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent time keeping and planning skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
