Role Overview




As a Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and outstanding customer service. You will support the service team by managing scheduling, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Customer & Team Support




Act as the first point of contact via phone and email for clients, technicians, and the sales team. Liaise with clients to provide updates on work progress and address inquiries. Take ownership of queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.

Administrative & Operational Support




Check and process sales and service paperwork accurately. Maintain and update database records. Produce and manage spreadsheets for tracking service operations. Handle filing, post, and general office duties. Answer low-level account queries and escalate when necessary.

Scheduling & Coordination




Assist with scheduling service visits for technicians. Communicate effectively with the service team to relay job details. Monitor and optimise resource availability for efficient service delivery.

Key Metrics for Success




Timely and accurate processing of paperwork. High levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication. Well-maintained and updated databases and records. Proactive problem-solving to enhance operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For



Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, scheduling, or customer service role (ideally within a field service industry such as pest control, facilities management, or maintenance). Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office. Problem-Solver: Ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. * Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a commitment to outstanding service delivery.
