Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am -6pm, Saturdays 8am - 1pm (on rota basis)
The key objectives are to provide administrative support to all areas of the After Sales department, prioritising all invoicing achieving the 15min SLA on completion of repair, full WIP management and to support other functions as directed by the After-Sales Manager .
Non-Exhaustive Key Accountabilities:
To provide administrative support to all areas of the Aftersales department
Preparation of vehicle job cards
The preparation of customer invoicing
The provision of customer estimates
The recording of vehicle details and service histories accurately
Conducting customer follow up calls (Quote and convert SCP customers due for renewal)
Promoting other services and products to customers as appropriate
Any ad hoc duties required by the Service Manager
Prioritising all invoicing, invoice wallet preparation and updating service records
To ensure data quality requirements are met individually and departmentally
To ensure the GDPR process is followed, and agreements are in place 100% of the time
Filing and Archive management
PCN administration
To be available for other duties as directed by ASM including SA support, covering annual leave or sickness in order to provide Service Desk Cover as necessary.
Handle all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy and ensure the Currie Motors experience is always delivered to all contacts.
Any other Ad-hoc task as requested by Aftersales Management

Experience:
Good level of general education - at least GCSE English and Maths
IT skills (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Previous customer-focused work experience is advantageous, however no specific industry experience is required
