Service Support AdministratorAs a service support administrator you will be responsible for managing the washroom service operative schedules, overseeing daily employee interactions with customers, handling any complaints or questions and reports to the service manager as necessary.Key Responsibilities
Responsible for managing service operative's schedules, and preparation of washroom service operatives job packages, checking service reports.
Ensuring all jobs are booked in, and all planning/rescheduling of maintenance, or monitoring/ reporting on breakdowns and remedial visits are logged
Organising parts for customers and engineers
Working closely with the planning software to arrange the engineers' call with the customer via telephone/ email and tablet.
Acts as liaison between clients and company, answering customers questions, addressing, and resolving any issues and complaints.
Escalating unresolved issues to line manager, including documenting and updating information about clients and customer activity or complaints.
Supplying customers with quotations
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Previous experience in a customer services/support, administrative, scheduling or planning. Ideally from a customer service/support sector, or warehouse/distribution preferred but will consider others
Strong organisation skills and an ability to multitask effectively
Working knowledge of MS Packages or similar - Word, Excel, and Email
Knowledge ofSAP highly desirable but not essential
Problem solving
Effective communication skills verbally and written
Ability to work as part of a team or independently
Customer orientated, Identifies and prioritises customer needs and recognises constraints
