Job Duties and Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Service Administrator:
As part of the role in the fast-paced Service Department, the successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
Renewing monthly maintenance contracts
Sending out emails for renewal of the maintenance contracts to customers/sales team
Reviewing and checking status of current contracts
Communicating with customer via email and telephone
Updating and amending maintenance spreadsheet daily
Chasing maintenance renewals purchase orders
Updating and amending company database
Invoicing all aspects of maintenance for company
Complying with all company policies and procedures.
Key Skills Required
:
Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.
Very strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook).
Flexible work approach.
Works well as part of a team, supporting colleagues and helping out when required.
A good general background in administration.
Is pro-active, works hard and able to identify and prioritize workload.
