are looking for a
Service Administrator
to provide a full and high level of customer service support to the field service function and our customers.
Role Length:
6-month Fixed Term Contract
Candidate Location:
Ross-on-Wye, Gloucestershire
What you'll do:
Providing 1st line response through the management of breakdowns and planned service visits, ensuring that all customers requirements and expectations are met and exceeded
Maintenance and upkeep of masterdata within our service management system
Producing information on service contract revenue, assisting in the offering of contract renewals and management of third-party repairs
Guide customers through the service life cycle, providing 1st line support on breakdowns, job allocation & repair updates
Managing the workflow on service blenders, whilst also providing support to the customer loan function
Dealing with customer queries and sales order processing along with managing the certification of customer training
Maintain the asset management database, ensuring all master data is correct and updated in a timely manner
What you'll need:
Customer focused self-motivated individual with drive, enthusiasm and commitment
Ability to prioritise workload
Strong organisational skills
Experience of working in a pressurised working environment
Problem analysis and solving skills
Adaptable and able to work using own initiative
Able to utilise a team approach to ensure goals are accomplished
