Service Administrator
to join our team and play a key role in keeping our busy Service Office running smoothly. If you're organised, proactive and enjoy supporting operations, this role could be perfect for you.
What you'll do
As an essential part of the
Service Department
, you'll:
Book and arrange tyre repairs
Book and arrange hydraulic hose repairs
Schedule services across a wide range of plant machinery
Answer incoming calls from customers and log breakdowns accurately
Issue advice notes and ensure customers are advised of any damages
Support the Service Manager with general administrative tasks

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (beneficial but not essential)
Basic knowledge of plant machinery (advantageous)
