We are looking for a Service Administrator to join the aftersales team at Citygate Volkswagen and Skoda, Watford.
Key responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a Service Administrator will be:
To provide administrative support to all areas of the Aftersales department
Prioritising all invoicing , release notes , Email Invoice to customer, putting job in warranty ready to be invoiced.
Job pack preparation ( inc checking ELSA, SCP , C&D prep , GDPR check,
All-in/extended warranty)
Fleet management of Coopers Loan vehicles and Mobex supplied vehicles
PCN admin
WIP management including Rebooking for Parts received
Ensuring zero WIP provision by month end
Updating customers with Parts On Order (off site) weekly via RTC messaging (inc WIP note update)
Filing and Archive management
Supporting the Service Department with timely call handling
Rebooking Reserved Parts received.
Follow Up/Close Down No Shows
Missed Recall Follow up administration and re-booking
To be available for other duties as directed by ASM/SM including Host & Control

About You
As a Service Administrator you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:
Ideally experience working in the automotive industry
Excellent customer service and administrative skills
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Comofrtable working with IT systems
Comfortable working in a high pressured environment
