As we continue to grow and enhance our services, we are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service and Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:



The Service Administrator plays a key role in supporting both our sales and service teams, ensuring the smooth operation of customer orders, service bookings, and after-sales care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries regarding servicing and repairs.

Process customer orders, service bookings, and warranty claims efficiently.

Schedule engineer visits and product repairs.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and service history.

Ensure timely invoicing and payment processing for products and services.

Assist with general office administration, including filing, data entry, and responding to emails.

Liaise with suppliers and logistics to track orders and deliveries.

Provide outstanding customer service, handling queries and resolving any issues promptly.

Key Skills & Experience:



Previous experience in an administration or customer service role (mobility sector experience desirable but not essential).

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.

A proactive and customer-focused approach.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
