In this role:

You will be the main key point of contact for customers whilst their vehicle is on site. You will manage all service walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership Liaising with other departments to provide customers with accurate and competitive pricing for work requirements. Handing over and accepting vehicles onto site recording details Upsell additional work and documenting all findings Carrying out duties whilst adhering to Brand service requirements
To be successful for this position, you will:

Excellent administration and interpersonal skills to talk through and schedule work through the workshop. Have experience in a highly focused, customer-facing role Have had previous relevant experience within the automotive industry would be an advantage but not essential. Be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience Be organised and have good attention to detail
