OTE: GBP 32,000.00/Yr. Overview:

Lookers Volkswagen Blackburn is looking to welcome new Service Advisors to our existing team. We'd be delighted to speak to candidates looking for their first step in the motor industry, or exeprieneced candidates looking for the next step in their career working in busy branch.

Responsibilities:

There are many tasks related to this role, day-to-day adctivies include:

Supporting internal and external cusotmers as their vehicles progress through our department. Booking and planning in work with our customers. Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Identifying products and services that will be of benefit to our customers and their vehicles. Informing customers of turnaround times and ensuring effective communication throughout the time when a customers' car is in the workshop Maintaining accurate customer records, and updating Lookers and Volkswagen systems.

GCSE English/Maths will offer an advantage in this job role, but we're happy to support the right candidate in this area. * Previous motor trade expereince is good but not essential - more important to us is the right candidate who will work well with our existing team - you'll need heaps of energy, a warm personality and a real passion for delivering a first class customer experience each and every time. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily whilst being able to explain technical information in a way that is clear and concise.
