Service Advisor required in Bridgend.

• Starting basic salary is xc2xa327,000 per annum; however, this will increase to xc2xa328,500 once qualified with the brand.
• Access to a multiple-performance-based bonus schemes providing xc2xa36,000 in additional earnings.
• Working hours are 45 per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8:30am-12:30pm paid at time and a half.

Our client, a large multi-franchise approved car dealer group, is currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Service Advisor to join one of their dealerships in Swansea.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will work alongside another Vehicle Service Advisor and a workshop team and shall be responsible for providing a proactive service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles in for service, maintenance or repair work and arranging, where necessary, a courtesy vehicle.
As a Vehicle Service Advisor, you will greet customers into the Service Department, extensively liaise with the workshop to monitor and chase work in progress, keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle, and up-sell on additional products and services where possible.
The successful candidate will be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills, resulting in total customer satisfaction.
Strong organisational skills, along with IT literacy (any experience with Kerridge/ADP preferable), would be of high priority.
Due to the nature of this role, recent or current experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor, or a similar role within the automotive industry, would be highly advantageous; however, it is non-essential.
