We're now looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Service Advisor

to join our aftersales team.

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our workshop team. You'll deliver exceptional service from the moment customers arrive to when their vehicle is returned--repaired, maintained, and ready to go.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and manage service bookings effectively Provide accurate estimates and explain service/repair details clearly Liaise with the workshop to track progress and keep customers updated Upsell additional products or services where appropriate Handle administrative duties including invoicing and warranty claims Ensure every customer leaves feeling valued and well looked after

What We're Looking For

Previous relevant experience Have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service A strong communicator with a professional, friendly manner Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence using dealership management systems and Microsoft Office A passion for delivering outstanding customer service A full UK driving licence

Working Hours:

Average of 45.5 hours per week, including 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota basis.
