About the role

As a Service Advisor - you're the friendly face our customers will see and speak to on a day to day basis.

Greet customers warmly and assess their requirements. Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs to customers. Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition. Handle cash & card transactions accurately and responsibly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history. Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise. Ensure a clean and organised service area for both customers and staff.

Skills & Competencies

Experience in a customer service role is preferred - it doesn't have to be in the automotive industry! Good computer literacy. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
