Service Advisor

to join our Volkswagen Aftersales team.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and a professional, efficient service throughout their ownership journey. You'll handle service and repair enquiries, liaise with technicians and colleagues, and deliver the highest levels of customer care.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in the motor industry - full training will be provided, with the goal of becoming a

fully qualified Volkswagen Service Advisor within 12 months

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist service customers both in person and over the phone. Advise customers on maintenance, repairs, and recall requirements. Book and log customer work accurately using our dealer management systems. Liaise daily with Technicians, Parts, Sales, and Aftersales teams. Maintain accurate records and update databases. Provide clear explanations of work carried out and costs involved. Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills. Computer literate with good organisational ability. Team player who can also work independently. Positive attitude and ability to resolve customer queries. Minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent).

Desirable (but not essential):

Previous Service Advisor experience. Experience in the motor industry. Background in retail sales or customer service.
