Job Description

We are a busy, professional turbocharger repair and rebuild workshop serving customers across the UK.

We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and clear communication at every stage.

We are looking for a mature, confident, and organised Service Advisor to manage customer interactions and be the main point of contact between customers and our workshop technician/ staff. This role is ideal for someone experienced in customer service who enjoys taking ownership of a front-office operation.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for all customers (phone, email, WhatsApp) Provide quotes and estimates (training provided) Create invoices and take payments (QuickBooks and card payments) Schedule bookings, drop-offs, and collections Translate technical updates from the workshop into customer-friendly information Handle customer enquiries calmly and professionally Maintain an organised workflow between workshop and customers Ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience

Requirements

Confident and well-spoken Calm, professional, and patient under pressure Excellent organisational skills Strong experience in customer service, reception, or admin roles Comfortable handling calls, messages, and bookings independently Can explain technical information clearly (training provided) Motivated, reliable, and able to take ownership of the front office
No mechanical knowledge required -- full training provided.
