Job overview
We are looking for motivated & professional individuals to join our team as Dental Service Advisors. As the first point of contact for members of the public, you will play a vital role in answering inbound calls & directing patients to the most appropriate service with care & professionalism.



Key Responsibilities:


Answering inbound calls promptly, accurately, & professionally. Providing high-quality advice & guidance in line with training & performance standards. Supporting the Team Manager to maintain efficiency & achieve key performance targets. Taking part in regular call audits to ensure service quality.

Our service runs

8am-10pm, 7 days a week

, with rota patterns agreed within these hours.



The role of Service Adviser is office based in either Peterborough or Bedford.

Please note that training will be held in Peterborough so the ability to travel is necessary)

Do you have good IT Skills? Do you have good communication skills? Do you have experience of working in a patient/public environment in an administrative role? NVQ in Customer Service Levels 1 or 2 (or equivalent Desirable criteria
Adastra software Package Local Geographical Knowledge Experience of a healthcare setting Experience of working in a call centre environment Education and Qualifications
Essential criteria


Good general education, to a minimum of GCSE level (or equivalent) with Grade C or above in English and Maths. Knowledge and use of Microsoft IT packages and/or bespoke software Excellent telephone manner Knowledge

Knowledge and understanding of communication issues of patients and their needs.
