Key Responsibilities:


Answering inbound dental calls promptly, accurately, & professionally. Providing high-quality advice & guidance in line with training & performance standards. Supporting the Team Manager to maintain efficiency & achieve key performance targets. Taking part in regular call audits to ensure service quality
Our service runs

8am-10pm, 7 days a week

, with rota patterns agreed within these hours.

We are looking for:


Good IT Skills

Experience of working under pressure in a busy environment

Do you have good IT Skills? Do you have good communication skills? Do you have experience of working in a patient/public environment in an administrative role? NVQ in Customer Service Levels 1 or 2 (or equivalent Desirable criteria
Adastra software Package Local Geographical Knowledge Experience of a healthcare setting Experience of working in a call centre environment Education and Qualifications
Essential criteria


Good general education, to a minimum of GCSE level (or equivalent) with Grade C or above in English and Maths. Knowledge and use of Microsoft IT packages and/or bespoke software Excellent telephone manner Knowledge

Knowledge and understanding of communication issues of patients and their needs.
