Todds of Campsie, a leading Kia dealership, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused

Service Advisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support throughout their vehicle servicing journey. Key Responsibilities



Customer Interaction

: Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the service department, providing a warm and professional welcome.

Service Coordination

: Schedule service appointments, liaise with customers about vehicle needs, and communicate any necessary work identified during servicing.

Upselling Services

: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, repairs, or maintenance plans in a professional and transparent manner.

Job Progress Updates

: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle, including cost updates, completion times, and any changes in service requirements.

Administration

: Process service documentation, invoices, and payment transactions accurately and efficiently.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with technicians and the parts department to ensure a seamless service experience for customers.

Customer Retention

: Build lasting relationships by providing exceptional customer care and promoting loyalty programs where applicable.

Compliance

: Ensure all work is carried out in line with dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills



Customer Service Experience

: Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Communication

: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and team members.

Organisational Skills

: Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and prioritise workloads.

Technical Knowledge

: Basic understanding of automotive systems and services (preferred but not essential - training provided).

IT Proficiency

: Comfortable using dealership management systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.

Problem-Solving

: Ability to handle customer concerns effectively and find resolutions quickly.

Professionalism

: Friendly, approachable, and well-presented with a strong commitment to representing the Todds of Campsie brand.
