About the role

Due to an internal promotion we have a unique opportunity for an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Bentley and Lamborghini Edinburgh.



As a Bentley and Lamborghini Edinburgh Service Advisor, you will be representing two of the most luxurious and prestigious automotive brands in the world. Your attention to detail and understanding of how to deliver exceptional customer experiences will be second to none, as will your ability to communicate in person, by telephone and email.



You will be the vital link between our customers and our highly trained technicians, informing and consulting on all aspects of vehicle maintenance by keeping our clients up-to-date at every stage and answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with our manufacturer partners and undertake industry-leading training to ensure that your knowledge and understanding of these incredible vehicles is at the cutting edge of the technological and performance features they embody.



This is a challenging but incredibly rewarding role where customer care always comes first. You will take the time to talk to our clients, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need whilst at the same time offering our best advice in relation to the additional products and services we offer.



Our Aftersales business hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and include the occasional Saturday on rotation.

About you

Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous, but not essential.



When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have Service Advisor experience within the automotive industry as a minimum requirement for this role.
