Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm with one Saturday in three paid overtime (reduced 40-hour week for U18s).

Pay:

7.55 per hour

Please note: A valid UK driving licence is essential for this role.



What You'll Be Doing:



This apprenticeship introduces you to the essential role of a Service Advisor - the vital link between customers and our technical team. You'll support the smooth running of the service department, helping ensure a seamless and professional experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities include:

Arranging vehicle service bookings and managing appointments Communicating with customers in person and by phone Keeping customers updated throughout their vehicle's time with us Preparing invoices and warranty documentation Processing paperwork and updating customer records Liaising with technicians and the workshop team Promoting accessories, products, and service plans
You'll start by working towards your

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard

, alongside gaining

Audi brand-specific certification

.

Training and Support:



Your training will combine virtual classroom learning, in-person block release weeks at our national training centre, and on-the-job development at Audi Approved Epsom.

You'll be supported throughout by:

Expert trainers delivering high-quality classroom and practical learning A personal workplace mentor to help you apply your skills and stay on track A well-rounded programme to build your confidence, product knowledge, and customer service expertise
On completion, you'll achieve:

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard (or equivalent for Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland)

Audi brand-specific certification

We're looking for someone enthusiastic, motivated, and ready to learn. You don't need prior experience - just a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.

Entry Requirements:


GCSE grades 9 - 4 (A - C) or equivalent in English, Maths, and one other subject. We also accept predicted grades.

Scotland: National 5 Grades A - C in English, Maths and either a Science or Technical subject.
