Job Description

Right Car Hull are looking to recruit a Service Advisor in the Automotive Industry. You will be a real people person who has the confidence to quickly engage in conversation with our customers and deliver a great customer service.

You'll provide estimates, book and schedule service and repair work and accurately invoice for the work carried out. You will keep customers informed and up to date at every stage, you'll advise on completion times, any delays and quickly respond to any questions or queries.

You'll prioritise to ensure that customer's whose vehicles may need extra work are contacted in a timely manner, and advise on a recommend course of action. You will aim to maximise the service department profitability. You will be a team player who is comfortable at operating in a fast paced environment where there are set processes and procedures to follow, paperwork to complete and targets to achieve.
