About the role...
Be able to effectively manage your time ensuring that you are prepared for the day ahead.
You are expected to answer incoming client enquiries in a timely manner and convert into a meaningful booking based upon diary availability.
Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
You are expected to upsell clients additional products such as any identified work from the EVHC, services, & service plans.
Actively listen to clients concerns, understand their needs, and ask qualifying questions to ensure a right first-time fix.
Process client information and vehicle details accurately in our systems.
Keep clients updated of progress throughout the repair process.
Coordinate with workshop controller to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Produce accurate invoices detailing the work carried out.
Ensure that clients are completely satisfied post visit.
Be competent in handling client complaints and objections.
* Be responsible for your own WIP ensuring jobs are completed and closed in a timely manner.
