We are looking to recruit an additional experienced Service Advisor for our Aftersales department.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy and thriving team within a Volvo Franchised Dealer environment.
You will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will also have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.
Ideally, you will have excellent organizational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background in the automotive industry is desirable, together with experience using the Keyloop Dealer Management System.
Job Duties Include:
Dealing with Customer both face to face and over the phone
Meeting and greeting service customers and identifying their service requirements.
Booking in Services, MOTs and any Warranty work
Provide the aftersales support for all customers keeping them updated at each step.
Working well within a team
Upselling aftersales services.
Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders.
Warranty Administration
Discussing and arranging payment with customers
Arrange car collection and delivery, providing courtesy cars where necessary.
22 Days' holiday plus Bank Holidays
40 hours per week (hours covering opening times of 8 am to 6pm) plus alternate Saturday mornings (8am to 12pm)
