Volksmaster Ltd are a Volkswagen/Audi Vehicle Repair centre with 4 branches throughout Oldham, Bury and Heywood.

Duties will include:

Greet customers and listen to their concerns regarding their vehicle. Advise customers on the type of service or repair needed based on time/mileage and prices. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous service. Schedule service appointments for customers. Record customer service history, including repairs, maintenance, and other service records online or in service history books. Provide customers with written estimates for repairs and parts. Keep customers updated on the progress of their service and notify them of any changes to the estimated time of completion or cost. Sell additional products and services when appropriate, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Prepare and present detailed invoices to customers, explaining the services provided, costs, and payment terms. Ensure that billing is accurate and handle customer payments, including credit card and cash transactions. Maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and build customer loyalty. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with customer queries. Maintain a clean and organised service area.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualities:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Hard-working Reliability Excellent computer skills Fast learner Previous reception experience is desirable Motor trade experience preferred but not essential
Hours - Mon-Friday 8:00am -17:30pm ( 30 Min Lunch )

Holidays - 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-14.50 per hour
