SERVICE ADVISOR

As part of the long-established Cameron Group, Perth Audi has an opportunity for an

experienced

Automotive Service Advisor to join our award-winning family business.

You will possess at least

one years experience in the automotive and mechanical field

, with excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate well with customers, technicians and management. A high level of accuracy is required for this position, so attention to detail is essential. Knowledge of the Pinnacle DMS is a distinct advantage.

About this role

:

Competitive basic salary of up to 32,000 + bonus. (DOE). + Enhanced overtime rate.

42.5-hour week + one in three Saturday mornings.

30 days holiday per annum (including bank holidays).

Continuous learning through the Audi online training platform and via the National Learning Centre.

Day-to-day duties:

Greeting customers at vehicle drop off,

Arranging service and MOT test bookings,

Job card creation,

Preparing estimates of costings,

Answering the telephone to arrange bookings and discussing customer requests,

Liaising with workshop controller to ensure jobs are completed in a timely fashion,

Keeping customers updated regarding their vehicle,

Vehicle handover upon completion and taking payments for works performed.
