Service Advisor
to join our team and play a key role in delivering excellent service, while helping to drive revenue through upselling our services.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers, ensuring a friendly and professional experience from drop-off to collection.
Clearly explain service and repair work, answer queries, and provide regular updates.
Prepare quotations, process invoices, and accurately maintain records in our booking system.
Upsell relevant services or repairs based on the vehicle's condition or service history.
Liaise with technicians to allocate and prioritise jobs efficiently.
Order parts and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
Keep the service desk and reception area clean, organised, and presentable.
Maintain clear and timely communication via phone, email, and in person.
Skills
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Confident upselling services while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Highly organised with excellent administrative abilities.
Familiarity with basic mechanical terms and vehicle systems.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
Experience with TechMan software is beneficial.
Valid UK driving licence (held for at least 1 year, clean).
Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented.

Schedule:
Rota-based between Monday-Saturday, 7am-5pm or 8am-6pm
Working Week:
5 days per week | 45 hours.
Overtime:
Available when required.
