Our Service Advisors work alongside our busy Bosch Service Centre workshop team who carry out vehicle services, MOTs and repairs to ensure the customer received excellent customer service.
What we're looking for in a Service Advisor:
Ability to build rapport and deliver a personalised customer experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Mechanical knowledge.
Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach
Comfortable using digital tools and systems
Team player with a positive and adaptable attitude
Full UK driving licence
Key job areas of the Service Advisor role:
Agree the details of the work to be carried out with the customer
Builds rapport and qualifies the customer's requirements
Liaises with the workshop to deliver agreed jobs set
Updates the customer throughout the process, and ensures customer satisfaction on completion
Provide support to less experienced colleagues.
Works as a full member of the dealership team
