Responsibilities:
First point of contact for customers requiring servicing or repair to their vehicles
Manage the flow of information between the workshop controller and the customer
To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently
Qualify service needs and establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out
Accurately maintain the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity
Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation
Provide guidance and support to service advisor and technicians
Act as a liaison between customers and the service team to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction
Monitor and improve service processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Skills Required:
Excellent organisational skills, and work well under pressure
Knowledge of the motor trade is essential
Excellent customer service skills
Good team player

Basic Salary:
24,500.00 - 30,000.00 + bonus earning opportunity

Knowledge of the motor trade in main dealer capacity would be ideal.
