We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks related to service operations. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their service needs.
Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar efficiently.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date.
Maintain records of services performed and prepare reports as needed.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Utilise QuickBooks for invoicing and financial tracking as required.
Manage clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organising documents.
Skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficient in computerised systems, including Google Suite and office software applications.
Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Excellent administrative skills, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
Ability to type quickly and accurately for efficient documentation.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not essential; training will be provided.
